Hypercare can work with any type of code team. Some of the common code teams that we have seen used with Hypercare are Code STEMI, Code Stroke, and Code Trauma.
When a code team is activated using Hypercare, everyone on the team is sent an urgent notification which bypasses the phone’s do-not-disturb settings.
In the event that a message is not acknowledged after a specified period of time, Hypercare continues to attempt to reach the team member, and the rest of the team can see who has acknowledged the message and who has not.
