There is a lot of anxiety and uncertainty with the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. The situation on the front lines changes on a daily (if not hourly) basis. This makes care coordination that much more important. Hypercare wants to do everything it can to support these front line providers. Starting today, Hypercare’s highest tier will be free for 3 months till June 14th for new and existing users. It will include secure messaging, on-call and schedule management, task lists, and full administrative and auditing functions.

For new users to get started:

  1. Go to https://download.hypercare.com. On a mobile device, this will take you to the app store to download our app. On a desktop or laptop, it will bring you to our web app (https://app.hypercare.com).
  2. Use your work email (organization or hospital) to register your account. This will automatically connect you to your colleagues that have the same email domain. If you do not have a work email, enter your preferred email and we will contact you to guide you through the setup process.

For existing users, your service will automatically be upgraded and a 3 month credit will be added to your account. Your current user caps will be lifted.

If you have any questions during the setup process, contact us:

Stay safe out there. We appreciate all that you do.
